Capresso Espresso and Cappuccino Machine Review theresa December 15, 2013 Cooking, Lifestyle 1 Comment Because I loved coffee, I had the opportunity to review several coffee makers as product reviewer. After trying a traditional brew coffee maker and a french press coffee brewer, I was excited to try an espresso and cappuccino maker. I loved drinking tasty coffee drinks and I had tried working in a coffee shop as a barista when I was younger. Now, I was happy to brew tasty coffee drinks at home with the Capresso EC50 Stainless Steel Pump Espresso & Cappuccino Machine. After trying out the product I wrote the following review. Review of the Espresso and Cappuccino Machine While I had forgotten how to make espresso and cappuccino, I felt that the product was simple to use after some practice. Reading the instructions was important to using the product right. I found that the instructions had key information about cleaning the milk steamer in a timely manner to prevent build upinside the machine. Learning how to use the product required reading the instructions several times as well as being hands-on with the machine to see what worked well and what didn’t. When I was getting accustomed to how the product worked, I initially didn’t have the portafilter with the sieve locked in place. Because I was new to making espresso drinks, my first cup was a disaster. The portafilter came out of place, the coffee grinds fell into the coffee cups, and the drinks were ruined. As I practiced, I got better at making good coffee drinks with the espresso and cappuccino machine. When I learned to lock the portafilter in place, the quality of my coffee drinks became much better. Steaming and frothing the milk was simple and didn’t require much practice. After making a couple practice drinks, I learned how to make drinks that were tasty enough to serve to my family and friends. I was proud of my newfound ability to serve delicious espressos and cappuccinos, which made an excellent after dessert treat when I was hosting gatherings over the holidays. Wholeheartedly I felt that the product made good coffee drinks. As an affordable starter machine, the product helped me learn how to make espressos and cappuccinos without having to worry about experimenting with an expensive item. Because the espresso and cappuccino machine was simple to use, I brewed espressos and cappuccinos in the morning instead of my normal brewed coffee. Everyone who tried the drinks I made enjoyed their beverage. Honestly, I will plan to continue using the product as I was proud of my ability to make great coffee drinks!
