Frieling Smart Planter Review Theresa December 2, 2014 Cooking, Lifestyle 6 Comments Cooking with fresh herbs is a longtime Italian tradition in my family. Growing up, I loved tasting the mint plants that grew outside in our garden. Coming inside the house, I would dip a spoon in the simmering pasta sauce, that was full of fresh ingredients, when no one was looking. In the past couple years, I always purchased basil plants at the grocery store, but I ended up tossing the plant when it died a week later. Now, I tried the Frieling Smart Planter to help improve my skills in the kitchen. The more that I maintain a kitchen where fresh herbs grow regularly, the better I can be inspired to regularly infuse my meals with delicious flavor. Frieling Smart Planter Review One of the most noticeable features of the item was that it helped me make sure that I didn’t over water or under water my plant. My older daughter Samantha is always eager to help me take care of my plants. Because Samantha tends to drench the plants until they almost drown, the buoyant plastic flower helped her see when the plant had enough water. Giving the plant the right amount of water helped it live longer. Samantha was excited to learn a new lesson: that plants don’t need an endless amount of water to survive. Credit: Frieling As I cleaned my kitchen counters, I realized how much I liked the size of the planter. Previously, I was resistant to plant my fresh herbs from the grocery store because I didn’t want a large planter or the mess of the water taking up counter space. Now, with the Frieling Smart Planter, I never had to make more space on my counter top. Made with a lightweight plastic material, the planter was easy to move when it needed more sunlight. The item was convenient and practical. Because the product is affordable, it can be a great add on gift to anyone who gardens as well as anyone who loves to cook. As the item teaches its owner how to properly grow herbs, it’s a good gift for children who are learning to grow their first herbs with the help of their parents. Using the planter was a successful experience. I found that the item made growing herbs more enjoyable. I discovered more enjoyment in cooking as I used fresh herbs in my cooking more frequently. In the future, I plan to continue to use the planter in my home. For more information, visit the company’s website. Disclosure: I received a free item, but it in no way influenced my opinion. 6 Responses Melissa Matters December 2, 2014 This is great!
