Theresa’s Reviews 2017 Christmas Gift Guide For Women
Liverpool Jeans Jackets
First, the jackets from Liverpool Jeans are a must-have item during any season. You can machine wash the jackets, which makes them convenient to wear. They’re made out of a soft, stretchy material and are very comfortable. Whether you pair the jackets with jeans or slacks, you can either dress them up or dress them down.
Often, I wear the Anorak jacket in Cashmere. It’s nicer than a jean jacket, but adds a casual touch to an outfit that might look stuffy otherwise. You can buy the same style in white here, or check out many of the other casual jackets that Liverpool Jeans sells.
Another favorite jacket of mine is the Boyfriend Blazer. Since this jacket has stretchy, soft fabric, it is more casual than most blazers. It looks nice with a white shirt and khakis or jeans.
Fracture Prints
For the past year, I’ve decorated my home with Fracture glass prints. These are a beautiful addition to any part of the home, and can instantly spruce up a cluttered part of the playroom into a more eye catching space.
This past summer, when my daughters and I took a girls-only day trip to Soleado Lavendar Farm, we got nice photos of the three of us. These portraits are a good example of a thoughtful way to surprise a woman on Christmas. Although I usually only print photos of my children, it was also a nice change to have a photo of me up on the wall too. The prints really caught every detail of the photos and helped make this memory a special part of our home.
You could also print a family portrait. With Fracture glass prints, the color shows up vividly, as you can tell in our photo below from our vacation to Chincoteague Island.
Heat Holders
From Heat Holders, you can stay warm all winter. It’s always nice to get a practical gift, and these items are very useful. One of my favorites is the Snow Fall blanket, which is soft and cozy.
Cuddle up wearing the SLEEPERZZZ™ Ladies Stripe Lounge Socks or Ladies Long Jacquard Pattern LITE™ Socks. You can also wear the Leggings or Tights to stay warm in the coldest weather. This is a cozy look to wear around the house on snowy days, especially while you enjoy a delicious cup of hot cocoa.
Some other thoughtful gift ideas or stocking stuffers are the Ladies Hat, which is warmer than most hats because of its 3.4 Tog rating. The thermal lining helps keep your head warm, while the chunky cable design looks nice too.
You can buy matching Ladies Gloves that have the HeatWeaver® thermal lining and a 2.3 Tog rating. This style is extra long so there isn’t space between your sleeves and your shirt.
For an elegant look, check out the Ladies Leather Gloves. Not only do the gloves look nice, but they can also keep you very warm. The gloves have soft, supple 100% leather outer and HeatWeaver® insulation technology lining.
Artistry Cosmetics
My favorite makeup this year has been the Artistry Signature Color® Light Up Lip Gloss Kit. Although you can’t buy it as a set anymore, you can buy each one individually. This lip gloss is the perfect way to quickly freshen up your look without re-applying powder or eye shadow. Each lip gloss has a light inside to help you put it on anywhere.
Since this past summer, I’ve worn the Pink Nude, Pink Sugar, Misty Mauve, and Rose Petal colors to all kinds of events. With subtle color and long lasting gloss, it’s perfect for the workplace as well as after work.
For excellent lash volume, check out the Artistry® Signature Eyes Volume Mascara in Black. This mascara does an amazing job of making your lashes longer and thicker with a dramatic black color. I wear this mascara often, and I like the full look it gives my lashes.
Since makeup brushes should be replaced every few years, the Artistry® Brush Set is an excellent pick. This seven-piece brush set also has a carrying case so you can easily take it on the go. Most often, I use the powder and eyebrow brushes, but it’s also helpful to have the brushes for blush, eye shadow, eye contour, eye liner, and lips.
