Read a comparison of the Shark Rotator Professional Lift-Away Vacuum and the Shark Navigator Freestyle Cordless Stick Vacuum. After trying both products, I explained the benefits of each product. As an allergy sufferer, I care a lot about keeping dust and dirt out of my home. Regular vacuuming helps. For the past year, I used the Shark Navigator Freestyle Cordless Stick Vacuum. With the product I’ve had, vacuuming has been simple to do, which has encouraged me to vacuum several times a week. Recently, I tried out the Shark Rotator Professional Lift-Away Vacuum. I compared and contrasted the two vacuums. While sampling the products, I considered the items’ ease of use and effectiveness.

Review of the Product

In comparing the products, I considered some benefits of the Rotator, my new vacuum. Immediately, as I used the vacuum, I was amazed with the effectiveness of the product! I got a deep clean that refreshed the whole house. Honestly, my home smelled cleaner after using the product. I noticed the product pulling up little threads that my old vacuum hadn’t picked up with regular use. Even before I started running the product across the room, it started filling up with dust and dirt just sitting in one spot. Clearly the product was very effective as it cleaned the carpet perfectly. I emptied the dust out several times during vacuuming. Every time that I emptied the dust in my outdoor trash can, I was so happy to get the dust off my floors and out of my home for good.

I adjusted to the size of the new vacuum. My old vacuum, the Navigator, was easy to move under furniture and in small corners. When I was using the new vacuum, I accidentally scuffed its white color. I was vacuuming under the kitchen counters when I realized I couldn’t get the vacuum out. My new vacuum got stuck. I had to yank the product out of a small space, which resulted in a small aesthetic blemish. Clearly, adjusting to the size of a new vacuum takes time. Luckily I did not damage the vacuum. I was relieved that the slight damage would not affect how well it worked.

Both products were lightweight, which was critical to me. Obviously a major advantage of the Navigator was that it was cordless. With the cordless vacuum, I could quickly vacuum a small messy part of my house. I liked using the cordless vacuum for cleaning the floors, multiple times in the week. Even though the cordless vacuum was more portable, I loved the heavy duty professional cleaning that the Rotator offered. Using the Rotator once a week or every other week was the best way for me to keep my floors clean and my house smelling fresh.

Together, the two vacuums offered the best of both worlds. I enjoyed being able to go back and forth using both products as needed. I created a schedule for using the vacuums on alternating days to get the best cleaning. Using two vacuums, I discovered how to get a gorgeous house, even while running after two kids. Both products worked great to pick up dirt and dust on the hardwood floors. In the future, I plan to continue using both items for the advantages that each brings to my home, while hopefully adding another product to help with deep cleaning and washing the hardwood floors.
