Men’s Outdoor Shoes For 2014

Some of the best men’s outdoor shoes I’ve found are excellent for different reasons. Two pairs of shoes made excellent Father’s Day gifts this past year. Outdoor shoes make an excellent gift idea as a Father’s Day because they appeal to men’s interests, while also encouraging a healthy lifestyle. I found a neat pair of boots, excellent for any season, and some great water shoes. After giving the shoes to my husband and to my dad, I got great feedback.

Chaco Grayson Men’s Outdoor Shoes

Even though Chaco is known for making excellent sandals, my husband chose to try out some boots from the company. The shoes were a little heavy for everyday use, such as walking in the yard, but worked well for more strenuous hiking. I predict that the shoes will be amazing for some chilly, snowy weather this summer. My husband found that the shoes ran a little small, so consider going up a size. In a few months, my husband plans to wear the shoes to shovel snow out of the yard.

Sperry Top-Sider Shock Light 2

While Sperry Top-sider is known for traditional boat shoes, the Shock Light 2 shoes are a more rugged, amphibious style of men’s outdoor shoes for guys who enjoy exploring the outdoors in water. Easily worn without socks, the shoes feel great even when wet. Clearly the shoes work well for boating trips, kayaking, canoeing and skipping rocks. The shoes run true to size and are excellent for men who enjoy water sports.
