As a top toy company, Aurora creates many classic toys that you see in retail stores, including My Little Pony and Raggedy Ann and Andy, which I reviewed last month. My daughters loved those two products so much that I was eager to try out a third item, the L.E Phant pink, stuffed toy elephant. Both of my daughters received one elephant with their Easter basket. After trying the toys out since April, I wrote a review to explain why the toys are a favorite in my household.

Aurora Toys: L.E. Phant Review

Some toys just make kids grin. The L.E. Phant toy went over so well with my daughters. Both girls were happy to receive the same exact item. Sometimes, even just having a different color toy can create major jealousy and arguments. My daughters love the color pink, so they instantly appreciated the elephants. The color had a very appealing hue, a soft pink that matched their bedroom very well.

Another great feature was that the elephants had incredibly soft material. In the past, I’ve noticed that many stuffed toys can have hard, bristly material that feels uncomfortable to touch. With children’s toys, it’s integral to get items made from cuddly material. As a mom, I appreciated knowing that my daughters were comfortable as they played with their toys. Quickly, the elephants became a favorite for my girls to cuddle at night.

The size of the elephants has been just right. I liked that the toys fit well in the kids’ toy bin. Both toys were small enough not to get in the way, and they also looked nice on the kids’ bed. Since toy storage can quickly get filled up, the small size was a great feature. For my kids, the elephant’s size was large enough to make the items an appealing surprise on Easter.

Since I’ve used these toys for about a month, I can attest to their quality. Unlike some other toys I purchased around Easter, these toys have held up incredibly well. The stitching has held up incredibly well, so I can tell that they will continue to last. Some of the other toys I purchased from other companies already have holes in the stitching with the stuffing coming out of the holes. My daughters are so crushed when their favorite toys fall apart within days. Because Aurora items are made to endure play, I can trust my daughters to be safe playing with them.

I received a free item, but it in no way influenced my opinion.
